This section applies to the purchases on our this website

Consumers have a number of rights according to The Consumer Rights Act 2015 issued by the United Kingdom parliament.

  •    WEBSITE TEARMS OF USE– Visitors, customers are fully protected on this web page.

​

  •    COPY RIGHT AND INTELECTUAL PROPERTY– Images, logos, atmosphere, designs, products and descriptions are authentic and  belongs to Oro Jewellers. There is no misleading of use for all above subjects and no indication of license for anything to be misused.

  •    DATA PROTECTION ACT-   Handling and protecting your sensitive personal information to individuals through the course of any transaction with our company address, E-mail address, telephone number and credit card details.

         

WE COMPLY AND ACT ACCORDANCE WITH THE DATA PROTECTION ACT (DPA).

  •    DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY– Product failure are fully our responsibility and we aim to deliver our customers the best service and goods.

  •    PAYMENTS TERMS– Understanding the commitment once you are on a check out cart is important. Once you accept payment process, you are entering into a legal contract under purchase of goods and it’s your responsibility to ensure a smooth transaction. 

  •  DELIVERY TERMS – Once we receive your order, the product is ready to be past through to the parcel team for perfect wrap and all parcels are dispatched within 3 working days. All our delivery will be sent signed for to ensure the location of your track parcel. 

  •  RETURNS POLICY – Consumers have full right in returning their unwearable goods within reasons. In order for the return to come in affect, there must be a fault in our design or given product. Return for full refund is also possible acceptance that the good is still in original conditions and have all packaging and tags attached. 

  •  CANCELLATIONS – Buying products from us and paying for the deposit means you have agreed to a binding contract in which your intention is to buy that item, in which all deposits can not be partially or fully refunded under any circumstances. In order to cancel the order that you have paid the deposit, we would have to be able to return the item to meaning original source in its original condition. If this was not possible and it was commission based, then we would not be able to refund unless the item is sellable and fit the commercial criteria. Full refund is usually given if the item we provide is faulty or does not fit the design or request.  

  • To cancel an order under The Distance Regulations rules settled in 2014 which only applies to digital e-commerce purchases. Once the goods are in process and the buyer has accepted the payment and the thank you page appear, it is not possible to cancel your order online. You must contact you immediately so that we can cancel your payment and order.

  •  REFUND – Once the consumers have returned the items to be refunded, we will process a full refund within 7 working days. Customer must post the item back to our shop and fill in the return form provided in the same parcel as your items on delivery

Terms & Conditions

This section applies to the workshop & rentals

Personal Detail.

We require you to fill all of the detail on your application form correctly and truthfully. (A copy of these documents will be obtained; a utility bill, passport or driving licence)

What you need to bring;

1. Public Liability and stock/tools insurance. (Oro Jewellers will not be able to cover forest or stolen product or tools)

2. Basic jewellery making tools

3.  A tool box with padlock (IF you wish to leave your tool box on the premises)

4. Your own consumable goods. (There are some that we can provide.)

Equipment belonging to Oro Jewellers.

All of Oro Jewellers tools must not be taken out of the premises. Any tools used must be put back in the original state and in good manner. Damage of any machinery must be repaired or replaced.

Saftey

Oro Jewellers can provide some protective wear such as goggles, gloves, ear plugs and towels. A first aid kit is constantly topped up and is in a visible position next to the sink at all times. Fire exit sign and other safety signs are around and throughout the workshop room to remind you.

Visitors.

You must notify us of any visitors to the workshop 1 day at latest. Visitors are more than welcome to be in and around the workshop however if they have no workshop background please keep them in your supervision.

Paymenst.

A one of admin/joining fee of £30 and the first month's rent must be paid immediately when you hand in your application form. A direct Debit to be set up, however cash or cheque are also accepted. Monthly rent payments will then be due on the 1st of every month until your contract ends. 

​

Contract terms.

A contract period of 6 or 12 months is required. once your contract has ended, it will automatically go on to a rolling on. A 2-3 weeks leaving notice would be appreciated. 

​

General shop and workshop rules will apply to both sellers and workshop users.
